As is obviously demonstrated by the chart, there is a series of figures showing the ratio of different factors in hunting for a job. It can be seen that the education background takes up the most, which accounts for 35%, followed by communication capability with the value of 30%, while working skills and work experience only make up 20% and 15%, respectively.
So what can be drawn from the chart? It is not hard to understand that the education background in some extent can indicate one's potential. It naturally follows that only by pursuing a higher degree can we find a decent job easily. Also, the importance of communication capability deserves equal attention, since it determines the working efficiency when we function as a member of a team. However, not only can working skills be improved by training, but also work experience can be accumulated later after employment.
Therefore, it is high time that we attached great importance to education and communication capability. Only in this way, can we find a satisfactory job after we graduate.
二、考研作文怎么写得分高
考研时，在答题纸上给小作文预留的书写空间不大，大约13行，除去必须写的称呼、此致敬礼和署名这3行外，只有10行空间书写正文，所以要严格控制字数。
考场上，大家的英语作文书写一定要工整、尽量不涂抹，有的同学可能对自己的字不自信，平时可以抽空练一练，写不到优美的状态，但是可以练到字迹清晰、整洁，在得分上也有帮助。
在准备考研英语作文时一定要把握住每个段落的思路，每个句式的特点。一定要弄清楚每个句子怎么构成的，只有先理解句子的语法构成，才能顺利记住这些的句子，将这些句子形成自己的模板后结合真题进行练习。
